Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the service "DoPlayer" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by TomiLab (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") agree to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and us regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not perform the following acts when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Service's servers or networks
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service
• Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information of other users
• Acts of using the Service for unauthorized purposes
• Inputting text into the Generative AI that causes it to generate inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
• Other acts that we deem inappropriate

Article 3 (Suspension of Service Provision, etc.)

We may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User if we determine that any of the following grounds exist:

• When performing maintenance or updates on the computer system related to the Service
• When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
• In other cases where we determine that provision of the Service is difficult

We shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the User or any third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service.

Article 4 (Disclaimer regarding Generative AI)

This Service uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology for task breakdown and suggestions. Users agree to the following points when using the Service:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, safety, etc. of the output results by AI.
• We are not responsible for any damage caused by actions taken by Users based on information generated by AI.
• Functions may be limited or suspended without notice due to AI specification changes or API usage restrictions.

Article 5 (Disclaimer regarding Data)

Except in cases of intentional or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for any loss, falsification, or damage of data caused by the use of the Service. Users are responsible for backing up necessary data themselves.

Article 6 (Changes to Terms of Service)

We may change these Terms at any time without notifying the User. Such changes shall become effective when posted within the App or on our official website.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law. In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive agreed court.
